Privacy Policy for DrumHit

This Privacy Policy explains how the DrumHit mobile application ("the App", "we", "us"), published by Sonexa Game Studios, handles information when you use it. By using DrumHit you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect directly

DrumHit does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information such as your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, or microphone access. The charts you create, your songs, scores, and app settings are stored only on your device and are not uploaded to us. We do not operate any server that receives your personal data.

2. Information collected by third parties

DrumHit uses the following third-party services, which may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — serves advertisements in the App. AdMob may collect and process data such as your device's advertising identifier (Advertising ID), IP address, general device information, and interactions with ads in order to show and measure advertising. • Google Play Billing — processes the optional one-time in-app purchase (DrumHit Premium). Payment is handled entirely by Google Play; we never receive or store your payment-card details. See: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

3. Advertising ID

The App uses the Android Advertising ID through Google AdMob to deliver and measure ads. You can reset or limit ad personalization at any time in your device settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact path varies by device). Purchasing DrumHit Premium removes ads from the App.

4. How the data is used

Data collected by the third parties above is used to display and measure advertising, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to process your purchase. We ourselves do not use this data to build user profiles, and we do not sell your data.

5. Children

DrumHit is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

6. Data retention and deletion

Because the App stores your content only on your device, uninstalling the App removes that data. Data held by Google (advertising and purchase data) is retained and can be managed according to Google's policies linked above.

7. Security

We rely on the security measures provided by your device's operating system and by Google's services. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
